Our elegant Blue and Blackberry Shortcake is luxuriously filled with layers upon layers of macerated berries intertwined with vegan whipped cream and delicate sheets of a light cake with a touch of almond.

Made using 100% vegan ingredients, our vegan shortcakes are handcrafted with love using premium vegan butter, plant-based whipping cream (non-aquafaba), organic sugar, and flour with a touch of almond flour for some added texture.

This cake is made to order in Singapore using carefully selected Vegan ingredients. Every cake is a piece unique and the picture serves as a visual representation of the final product. At times certain seasonal garnish ingredients may not be available and will be substituted.

Receiving & Serving

This cake ships chilled. Upon receipt store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

To serve, run a long, ultra-sharp knife under hot water and dry with a towel before every slice. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
